About Our Jewelry

Tribal Made's main facility is located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada - our facility in Calgary happily employs six people dedicated to the Tribal jewelry line. Within our facility, we have two full-time goldsmiths, one part-time goldsmith, a machinist and other various support staff. Some of our Canadian tools we have are a 1.9 Ton CNC Mill with a 10 Turret Tool Changer; a High Speed Mini CNC Mill with a 30,000 RPM Spindle; a CNC Lathe with a Four Turret Tool Changer; a Laser Engraver; and more.

Tribal made's newest asset is an in house 3D wax printer, allowing us to do rapid production of gold cast jewelry both with and without stones.

Tribal Made's Ti-6Al-4V Titanium raw material production facility that uses ASTM-F136 Mill Certification and we do random SGS lab testing on material and jewelry (to match mill cert data & astm-f136)

The owner of Tribal Made visits our factories 2 - 4 times per year, both announced and unannounced, both for quality control and new design conceptualization and production. Now with years of overseas manufacturing experience, production facilities and professional partnerships the Tribal Made is moving ahead at a faster pace then before.

We are pleased to announce that our full line of 'SnapLock Clickers' are now trademarked, and patent pending! We feel that this patent and trademark will protect us and the piercing community from the cheap advantageous market that has always been there. We are also pleased to say that our patent protects our design from competitors using similar designs.

We have also been the first one in the industry to use computer control anodization removal technology (we created for jewelry)
