Any of our jewelry that is not produced in internal our factory we impose stringent internal controls.. the same standards as medical part manufacturing.
Our jewelry is dual checked; once by our team at the overseas factory, and once by our team in Calgary, where it is unbagged, checked for any defects which may have been missed during it's first inspection, and brought up to a mirror finish through days of mechanical medical polishing.
It is then followed by a precision two stage hand polishing, two stage cleaning, and final inspection & bagging.
Tribal Made guarantees all of our jewelry against defects, and guarantees our stone settings for one year from the date of purchase.

- We request a Mill certificate of the raw materials,
- We then test samples of the raw material to make sure it matches the chemical composition of the mill certificate.
- We then produce our jewelry at our approved factory (which i visit 2-3 times per yr)
- We then test the jewelry from that production run to make sure it matches the chemical composition of the mill certificate (like a finger print)
